Had the Italian Hoagie (Warm) first time here. Great customer service and friendly. I forgot to grab a napkin and one of the cooks came around and handed me one. Small and cozy restaurant. Great atmosphere. Will be back to try more food. 9.5 / 10

While visiting my daughter in Yuma, Bernardo's came up in my feed. We decided to give it a try and were not disappointed. The staff were friendly. The food was delicious. The portions were large. My daughter said she will definitely be back and was happy to find a new place to eat out.
Very tasty food. Recently ordered a bomb steak sandwich and also picked up a couple of jars of their green chile. Delicious!! Can't go wrong with Bernardo's. ✅
We ordered the meatball subs, and boy, did we get meatball subs! Lol. We got there around 11am, there were a few people seated. Service was quick and with a smile. The subs were really filling and tasted good. We each ordered one and ended bringing one home, they were that big. Definitely get your money's worth, in this instance.
Their menu here is simple, but the food is amazing. This is my treat. I love coming here, and honestly, I'm glad I don't live anywhere near it otherwise I'd be spending everyday here. All their food is delicious, but my absolute favorite, the one I come for, the sandwich I dream about is the ham and tuna. I LOVE IT! One day, when the grim reaper finally comes for me, I hope he does it immediately after eating a ham and tuna, that way I'll die happy.

I sadly have lived in Yuma for 2 years and I think about it their pizza and Stromboli everyday. Real people real food a their green stuff is amazing if you like spicy food!
Close to the I-8 on Fortuna Road. Family owned business. Clean restaurant. Indoor and outdoor dining. Order and pay at counter. The staff assisted us with selection as it was our first visit. Our party was very happy with our meal! Menu offers pizza, sandwiches, and Stromboli. We ordered pizza and Stromboli. The pizza toppings were generous. The crust crisp and evenly baked. The flavors delicious! The homemade sauce is delicious! First time trying Stromboli. The Steak Stromboli with a side of peppers and sauce as accoutrements was delicious! The associate informed us they allow patrons to bring their own beer and wine. They do close at 6pm. Evening dining would have to be call in before closing time, pick up (or delivery service) and dine at home with the family. They had a lot of people coming for pick up during our time there. We will return!

For just $25 total for two people, it was plenty of food and absolutely delicious. Perfect place for a quick, high-quality bite on the road. Highly recommend if you’re passing through!
